Delivery Policy

1. Order Fulfilment

Custom garments and alterations are produced at our Bangkok atelier on Sukhumvit 24. Each piece is made to order based on the measurements, fabric and specifications agreed at your consultation.

2. Collection at the Atelier

In-person collection at our atelier is the default fulfilment method. You can collect your finished garment during business hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 17:00 (last fitting at 16:30). We will contact you as soon as your order is ready.

3. Courier Shipping on Request

If you are unable to collect in person, we can arrange domestic Thailand or international shipping on request. Available options include:

• Thailand Post (registered or EMS) for domestic deliveries
• DHL, FedEx or comparable couriers for international deliveries
• Insured shipping on request for higher-value orders

Shipping costs are quoted in advance and paid by the customer in addition to the order total. Once the parcel is handed to the courier we will share the tracking reference.

4. Lead Times

Typical production times once measurements and fabric are confirmed:

• Custom-made garments: 1 to 4 weeks depending on queue and complexity
• Wedding and evening pieces: 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity
• Alterations: 3 to 7 working days

The final timeline is confirmed at your first fitting. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged at the destination country. We declare the actual value of the contents on the shipping label as required by law.

6. Failed Collection

If a finished order has not been collected within 90 days of our completion notification, and we have been unable to reach you, the atelier may apply a reasonable monthly storage fee until the order is collected or shipped.
