Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom-Made Garments Are Non-Refundable
Custom garments are cut and stitched to your individual measurements, fabric choice and design specifications. Because the finished piece cannot be resold, custom-made orders are non-refundable once production has started.
2. Deposits
A deposit is taken at the time of order placement to confirm the booking and source fabric. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before fabric cutting begins. Once cutting has started, the deposit is forfeited.
3. Cancellation Window
Cancellations requested before fabric is cut are refundable, minus a small consultation fee that covers the time already spent on consultation, measurements and fabric sourcing. The fee will be communicated when you request the cancellation.
4. Fit Issues and Re-Work
If the finished garment does not match the agreed measurements or specifications, the atelier will adjust or remake the affected sections at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported within 14 days of collection. Changes outside the original specification (for example a new design request) are quoted separately.
5. Damage in Transit
For shipped orders, damage that occurs in transit is handled through the courier's insurance claim process. Please keep the original packaging and send us clear photos of the damage within 7 days of receipt so we can support the claim and arrange a replacement at cost.
